'Sweet Heart'  is a Short Spoken Word piece, of which highlights the themes of 'Love' and 'Vulnerability'.  In this piece Esther speaks to a 'loved one' , with the intention of encouraging them to embrace every part of their existence. 

In celebrating Black History Month, Esther shares two spoken word pieces.‘Legacy’ of which focuses on the legacy Esther would like to be remembered by and ‘My Black is Beautiful’ which  focuses on how Esther feels empowered in being a young black woman (irrespective of the societal inequalities and prejudices black people face in society).

' I Look the Same but Things Have Changed...'  is a Short Spoken Word piece, of which highlights the themes of 'Change' and 'Growth'.  In this piece Esther responds to a comment made by a 'stranger' on how she has been perceived to have changed...almost as if they 'expected' her to remain the same.

'YOU deserve an ACCOLADE ' is a (VERY) short poem, created by Esther. This  piece aims to reiterate to the reader that they have a 'right' to 'celebrate' themselves irrespective of past or present mistakes.

'A Complete Transformation'  is a short poem, of which focuses on how Esther's perspective has changed ... as she realizes 'who' and 'what' really 'matters'. 

'Embrace your Individuality' is a Spoken Word Piece, created by Esther. The aim of this piece is to highlight to the reader that they need to remain positive in  ‘embracing' and 'accepting' their identity and individuality - in a world and society that shuns this idea x
