"YOU can't give up NOW ! "

For the time is NOW !

For a couple of weeks now it seems like things have been pretty much been all over the place, regarding our world and the current climate of our society… and without realising it one way or another this news/reality check can have quite the effect on us.

Although this message isn’t with the intention of putting a downer on things nor to create anxiety – this message is instead with the aim of encouraging you to take a step back, check in with yourself and give yourself a tap on the back because ‘You deserve an accolade’.

Even if things seem like they aren’t going well remember that soon… the situation that seems like it’s NEVER ENDING (for real I know it can feel like that sometimes) will soon be history! Although... it may be painful, heart-breaking and/or even it may appear as an unnecessary process to go through - you will get there in the end (but please DON’T GIVE UP).

Whether you are at stage 1,2...100 or however long it may seem - you can’t give up because as MARY MARY have said 'YOU’VE COME TOO FAR FROM WHERE YOU’VE STARTED FROM'.

At the end of the day... things happen, things change and emotions rise but when all hope ‘seems’ like it’s been lost remember that this situation shouldn’t stop you from pressing forward, it shouldn’t stop you from recognising that the place you are at now is only but temporary and will soon become the past.

That is the beauty of it! That’s the beauty of the process we call LIFE!
